JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Assist with daily product replenishment by clipping floral stems and leaves of various colors and sizes
- Create handmade wreaths using grapevine, artificial floral, glue, wire & ribbon based on online order demands.
- Responsible for making sure finished product matches the TwoInspireYou brand and quality
- Assist in keeping warehouse clean and organized (for example: breaking down cardboard, taking out garbage, etc.)
- Assist with shipping and receiving of inventory as needed
MUST HAVE:
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Artistic, creative, and ability to work with hands for the duration of shift
- Excellent communication skills; ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Extremely high attention for detail
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Manufacturing and design experience a plus
Education/Experience:
Minimum of a High school diploma preferred; Or 1 year qualifying experience.
This is a PART TIME position with the potential for more hours. Monday-Friday, daytime hours (between 8am - 3pm) NO weekends! Pay is hourly and based on experience. This job takes place at our workshop in St. Charles, IL.
