RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY:
 
We gladly accept returns and cancellations. At TwoInspireYou, we always want you to be 100% happy with your order. However, we know that things don’t always work out. If you need to cancel an order, please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
 
DETAILS: 
 
If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can assist you and give return instructions. Before a return request is accepted, we require a photo of the item being returned and emailed to support@twoinspireyou.com. Once the return is approved, please ship the item/s in the original box with original packing materials within 5 days of receiving it. When we receive the item back at our shop, we will refund your original payment minus any shipping charges.  
  • If a wreath is returned without contacting us first, there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee.
  • If you received "free shipping" on your order, shipping charges of $25.95 will be deducted from the sale of the item before we issue a refund.
  • If you'd like to exchange your wreath, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • “Custom Orders” cannot be returned or exchanged. Wreaths over 30" are considered "custom" and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Holiday items (Valentine's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas) are NON-refundable if the item arrives to the customer within 10 days prior to the specific holiday. 
  • If we receive a returned item worn, altered in any way or damaged, i.e. and not limited to: missing floral, clipped product, bent, weathered, etc., we will assess the damage at our shop and reduce the refund given accordingly.
  • If your wreath is damaged during shipping, please provide photos of the damage to the wreath and the box and notify us immediately upon receipt so we can address the situation.
  • Sale items are FINAL sale and nonrefundable.

ALSO NOTE:
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
