We're Hiring: Content Creator & Social Media Growth Specialist (Part-Time)
We're not looking for someone who just knows how to post on social media. We're looking for someone who knows how to build an audience, tell a story, and create content that inspires people to engage, follow and purchase.
This role includes (but not limited to):
Creating engaging short-form video content
Product photography and videography
Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok and YouTube content
Video editing (CapCut or similar)
Developing creative content strategies
Analyzing performance and recommending improvements
Helping grow an established national brand
We're looking for someone with:
A proven record of growing social media accounts
Strong photography and video skills
A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work independently while collaborating with our team
Must be local to St Charles, IL

We're Hiring: Workshop Assistant (Part-Time)
Love working with your hands and being part of something beautiful? This one's for you.
TwoInspireYou is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and positive individual to assist our lead creator and help keep our workshop running smoothly. This is a support role — not a design position. You'll help prepare materials, organize supplies, package orders, maintain the workshop, and assist wherever needed so our production team can work efficiently.
Every day is a little different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to jump in wherever they're needed.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the lead creator with production preparation
Preparing materials and supplies for production
Cutting ribbon, greenery, and other floral materials
Organizing and restocking inventory
Packaging customer orders for shipment
Receiving and putting away incoming supplies
Maintaining a clean, organized workshop
Lifting and moving boxes and materials
Cleaning shop, workspaces, and bathrooms
Performing other duties as needed to support the team
The ideal candidate:
Has a positive, friendly attitude and strong work ethic
Follows directions carefully and pays close attention to detail
Is dependable, punctual, and flexible
Enjoys working with their hands and staying active throughout the day
Is physically able to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
Works well both independently and with others
Takes pride in doing quality work and is eager to learn
Previous floral, crafting, or workshop experience is helpful but not required — we are happy to train the right person.
Schedule: Part-time | Additional hours available during busy seasons
Work Location: In person — St. Charles, Illinois
Please note: Our workshop is not climate controlled and temperatures can become warm during summer months.
