We gladly accept returns and cancellations. At TwoInspireYou, we always want you to be 100% happy with your order. However, we know that things don’t always work out.
If you need to cancel an order, please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can assist you and give return instructions. Before a return request is accepted, we require a photo of the item being returned and emailed to email@example.com. Once the return is approved, please ship the item/s in the original box with original packing materials within 5 days of receiving it. When we receive the item back at our shop, we will refund your original payment minus any shipping charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
